摘　　要：分析了唐口煤业选煤厂尾煤STC超高压压滤机使用过程中存在的隔板变形问题,对滤板进料结构进行了升级改造,应用实践表明,改造后的进料结构降低了滤板发生形变的概率,延长了滤板及配件的使用寿命,降低了运营成本,实现了提质增效。The paper analyzes the filter plate deformation problems existing in the use of STC ultra-high pressure filter press for tailing coal in Tangkou Coal Preparation Plant,and upgrades the feed structure of filter plate.The application practice shows that the modified feed structure reduces the probability of deformation of filter plate,prolonging the service life of filter plate and accessories,reducing operating costs,and achieving improved quality and efficiency.
