摘　　要：目前,公司外购煤站台在煤炭采制样工作中面临着点多面广线长等问题,为了提升采制样工作的效率和质量,满足市场需求,X外购煤站台积极引进了多站点采样集中制样系统,系统能够将多个煤炭站点采集的样本集中运输至制样中心进行处理,大大提高了工作效率,减少了人工操作的繁琐和误差,从而确保了采制样结果的准确性。介绍了多站点采样集中制样系统的定义、构成和优势,探讨其在X外购煤站台中的具体应用效果,展望系统在未来的发展趋势和应用前景,为煤炭类站台企业的智能化采制样管控提供参考和借鉴。At present,the externally purchased coal platform of the company faces various challenges and challenges in coal sampling and preparation work,such as multiple points,wide areas,long lines,etc.In order to improve the efficiency and quality of sampling and preparation work,and meet market demand,X externally purchased coal platform actively introduces a multi site sampling and centralized preparation system.This system can transport samples collected from multiple coal stations to the sampling center for processing,greatly improving work efficiency,reducing the complexity and errors of manual operations,and ensuring the accuracy of sampling and preparation results.This article will introduce the definition,composition,and advantages of a multi site sampling and centralized sampling system,explore its specific application and effects in X purchased coal platforms,and look forward to the future development trend and application prospects of the system,providing reference and guidance for the intelligent sampling and preparation control of coal platform enterprises.
