摘 要:煤炭大样制备系统是当前对商品煤人工采样样品进行制备的一种自动化制样系统,在样品制备过程中给料胶带和破碎机容易发生堵煤故障导致制样效率降低,影响煤炭检测结果的时效性。通过对煤炭大样制备系统存在问题进行分析研究,确定在给料仓下料口对应的给料胶带下方增加托辊、给料仓内增加给料搅拌装置、破碎机筛板改为不同孔径的双层筛板。结果表明,技术升级后的煤炭大样制备系统能够制备全水分小于20.0%的煤炭样品,且未发生堵煤故障;经性能试验表明,升级后的煤炭大样制备系统制样精密度符合要求且不存在实质性偏倚,其中灰分差值平均值为0.00%,全水分差值平均值为-0.08%。The coal sample preparation system is currently an automated sample preparation system for manually sampling commercial coal samples.The coal plugging failure of feeding belt and crusher is easy to occur in the process of artificial sample preparation,which leads to the reduction of sampling efficiency and affects the timeliness of coal detection results.Through the analysis and research of the existing problems of the coal bulk sample preparation system,it is determined that an additional roller should be added under the feed belt corresponding to the feed hopper discharge port,a feed stirring device should be added in the feed hopper,and the crusher screen plate should be changed to a double-layer screen plate with different hole sizes.The results show that the upgraded coal sample preparation system can prepare coal samples with a total moisture content of less than 20.0%and no coal blockage failure has occurred;Performance tests show that the precision of the upgraded coal sample preparation system meets the requirements and there is no substantial bias.The average difference of ash content is 0.00%,and the average difference of total moisture is-0.08%.
