永陇矿区煤矸石分级分质利用分析

摘　　要：针对永陇矿区煤矸石的特点,将其分成不同粒径,根据热值不同用于发电、制砖、建材、铺路、井下填充等,实现了矿区资源变废为宝,促进了当地就业,形成了经济效益、社会效益、生态效益多方共赢的格局,但其综合利用仅处在价值链最低端,因此“十四五”末至“十五五”期间应注重煤矸石基础理论研究,响应国家政策,因地制宜发展新质生产力,提高产品附加值,推动企业产业结构转型升。Regarding the coal gangue in the Yonglong mining area,which has basically no calorific value and no utilization value,it is divided into different particle sizes and used for power generation,brick making,building materials,road paving,underground filling,etc.according to different calorific values.This has realized the transformation of resources in the mining area from waste to treasure,promoted local employment,and achieved a win-win situation in economic,social and ecological benefits.However,its comprehensive utilization is only at the lowest end of the value chain.Therefore,during the period from the end of the“14th Five-Year Plan”to the“15th Five-Year Plan”,attention should be paid to the basic theoretical research of coal gangue,responding to national policies,developing new-quality productive forces based on local conditions,increasing the added value of products,and promoting the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise's industrial structure.
