摘 要:为了探索燃煤电厂掺烧市政污泥并高价值利用该粉煤灰合成沸石的方法,研究了采用碱熔融-水热法在不同条件下合成沸石的吸附能力,并对该掺烧污泥型粉煤灰及其合成沸石进行了表征分析及机理研究。结果表明,在粉煤灰:固体NaOH质量比10∶1、粉煤灰:去离子水质量体积比1 g∶15 mL和硅铝摩尔比为10∶1的条件下,合成沸石对模拟废水中的Cd、Pb离子吸附能力最强并远远大于原始的掺烧污泥型粉煤灰,单位吸附量分别由78.56 mg/g和121.26 mg/g提高到199.76 mg/g和399.78 mg/g。该合成沸石的微观形貌和矿物质组成均发生了较大改变,比表面积和总孔体积大大增加,孔径分布更加均匀,从结构参数上来看其物理吸附能力远远优于掺烧污泥型粉煤灰。In order to explore the method of mixing municipal sludge with coal-fired power plants and utilizing the fly ash to synthesize zeolite with high value,the adsorption capacity of zeolite synthesized under different conditions using the alkali melting hydrothermal method was studied,and the characterization analysis and mechanical study of the co-firing fly ash and its synthesized zeolite were carried out.The results showed that the synthesized zeolite under the conditions of 10∶1 mass ratio of fly ash to solid NaOH,15 mL mass volume ratio of fly ash to deionized water,and 10∶1 molar ratio of silicon to aluminum had the strongest adsorption ability for Cd and Pb ions in simulated wastewater and was much greater than the original co-combustion fly ash.The unit adsorption capacity increased from 78.56 mg/g and 121.26 mg/g to 199.76 mg/g and 399.78 mg/g,respectively.The micro morphology and mineral composition of the synthesized zeolite have undergone significant changes,with a significant increase in specific surface area and total pore volume,and a more uniform pore size distribution.From the perspective of structural parameters,its physical adsorption ability is far superior to that of co-firing fly ash.
