摘 要:蒋家河煤矿多年来一直致力于通过智能化改造提升安全高效发展水平。随着矿井智能化建设改造的不断深入,为了进一步提升煤炭智能洗选技术水平,达到减人增效的目的,根据矿井动筛车间现状,结合《陕西省煤矿智能化建设指南(指南)》,矿井对动筛车间进行了智能洗选技术改造,包括智能动筛洗煤集控系统、视频监控系统、设备健康管理和智能供配电及照明系统等,助力智能矿山建设,实现安全高效发展[1]。Jiangjiahe Coal Mine has been committed to improving the level of safe and efficient development through intelligent transformation and construction for many years.With the continuous deepening of intelligent construction and transformation in mines,in order to further improve the level of intelligent coal washing technology and achieve the goal of reducing personnel and increasing efficiency,based on the current situation of the mine moving screen workshop and in combination with the“Shaanxi Province Coal Mine Intelligent Construction Guidelines(Guidelines)”,the mine has carried out intelligent washing technology transformation on the moving screen workshop,including the intelligent moving screen coal washing centralized control system,video monitoring system Equipment health management,intelligent power supply and distribution,and lighting systems are used to assist in the construction of intelligent mines and achieve safe and efficient development.
