摘 要:鑫岩煤矿原有井下水仓前的煤泥沉淀池面积小,沉降效果差,造成水仓清理耗时长、运输环节多,而且沉淀的煤泥由井下压滤机回收后随矸石排掉,造成炼焦煤资源的浪费。经论证,利用该矿煤泥易于沉降的特性,结合选煤厂煤泥水沉淀处理的理论计算结果,测算井下扩建两个75 m^(2)煤泥沉淀池,增加絮凝剂添加装置,在矿井水进入澄清水仓前使煤泥沉降、压滤回收,溢流进入澄清水仓,同时将井下压滤机回收的煤泥转运至主井原煤运输系统,使该部分煤泥能进入地面选煤厂进一步分选,可提高选煤厂的精煤回收率。经分析论,改造后不仅有利于资源合理利用,而且能产生显著的经济效益。The slime settling tank in front of the original underground water silo in Xinyan Coal Mine has a small area and poor settling effect,resulting in long cleaning time of the water silo and many transportation links.Moreover,the deposited slime is discharged with gangue after recovery by the underground filter press,resulting in waste of coking coal resources.After demonstration,based on the characteristics of the mine slime easy to settle,combined with the calculation theory of slime water precipitation treatment in coal preparation plant,it is estimated that two 75 m^(2) slime sedimentation tanks will be expanded underground,and flocculant adding devices will be added to make the slime settle,press filter and recover before the mine water enters the clarifying water tank,and the overflow will enter the clarifying water tank.At the same time,the coal slime recovered by the underground filter press is transferred to the raw coal transportation system of the main shaft,so that the part of coal slime can enter the surface coal preparation plant for further sorting,which can improve the recovery rate of cleaned coal in the coal preparation plant.Through analysis,the transformation is not only beneficial to rational utilization of resources,but also can produce significant economic benefits.
