摘 要:研究了HG-AFS法测定煤中微量锗含量的方法。通过对原子荧光光谱仪工作条件、氢化物发生条件和样品处理的研究,初步建立了氢化物发生—原子荧光光谱法测定煤中锗含量的方法。结果表明,该方法检出限为0.18μg/L,精密度在1.97%~5.27%,加标回收率为97%~105%。说明氢化物发生—原子荧光光谱法适用于煤中锗含量的测定,且准确度和稳定性高;研究成果可为《煤中锗含量的测定》国家标准修订提供科学基础。To enhance the efficiency of germanium detection in coal and reduce the usage of organic extractants,this paper examines the method of determining trace germanium content in coal using HG-AFS.Through a thorough investigation of the working conditions of the atomic fluorescence spectrometer,conditions for hydride generation,and sample treatment,a preliminary method for determining germanium content in coal via hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry has been established.The results demonstrate a limit of detection of 0.18μg/L,a relative standard deviation(RSD)ranging from 1.97%to 5.27%,and a recovery rate of standard addition between 97%and 105%.This indicates that hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry is well-suited for determining germanium content in coal,exhibiting high accuracy and stability.The findings of this study serve as a scientific basis for the revision of the national standard for the determination of germanium content in coal.
