从伏毒理论论治前列腺癌

摘　　要：国医大师周仲瑛提出伏毒理论,认为伏毒具有伏时不变、发时始显的特点。从病因病机来看,前列腺癌的发病可以是内外伏毒潜藏于人体,正气耗损,湿、痰、瘀等病理产物产生,复合为毒,骤起发病。此外,前列腺癌的致病特点、疾病特性均与伏毒隐伏、缠绵、暗耗、暴匿、杂合、多变的演变特征十分契合。治疗时应注重把握时机,分期论治辨标本,明确患者病情分期与伏毒性质,辨明外感伏毒与内生伏毒区别;同时中西联用、增效减毒,五脏同治、身心共调。Master TCM physician Zhou Zhongying proposed the theory of“latent toxicity”,suggesting that latent toxicity has the characteristic of remaining dormant over time and only manifesting when triggered.From the perspective of etiology and pathogenesis,the onset of prostate cancer can be attributed to the internal and external latent toxicity concealed within the body,leading to the depletion of healthy qi and the generation of pathological products such as dampness,phlegm,and stasis,which combine to form toxins and abruptly cause disease.Moreover,the pathogenic characteristics and nature of prostate cancer closely align with the latent toxicity′s traits of being hidden,lingering,depleting energy silently,and exhibiting sudden and complex transformations.In treatment,it is essential to seize the appropriate timing,differentiate and treat according to stages,and clearly understand the patient′s disease stage and the nature of the latent toxicity.Distinguishing between externally contracted latent toxicity and internally generated latent toxicity is also crucial.At the same time,integrating traditional Chinese and Western medicine,enhancing efficacy while reducing toxicity,and treating the five Zang-organs together with a holistic approach to both body and mind are recommended.
