摘　　要：妊娠期自然流产是妇产科常见疾病,发病率极高,病因较多,也较为复杂,目前尚未完全阐明,但据现有研究可知其主要与感染、遗传、免疫、内分泌失调等因素有关,其中免疫相关因素是目前临床研究的焦点及热点之一。而封闭抗体是免疫相关因素中最为重要的,其缺失不仅会导致自然流产,严重时还会引发反复自然流产,从而对产妇造成极大伤害。因此,为进一步了解封闭抗体及免疫相关因素对妊娠期自然流产的影响,该文对其研究进展进行综述,以期为妊娠期自然流产的预防及治疗提供突破点。Spontaneous abortion during pregnancy is a common disease in obstetrics and gynecology,with very high incidence,numerous and complex causes,which has not been fully clarified at present,but according to existing studies,it is mainly related to infection,genetics,immunity,endocrine disorders and other factors,among which immune-related factors are one of the focus and hot spots of clinical research.The blocking antibody is the most important cause of immune-related factors.Its absence will not only lead to spontaneous abortion,but also cause repeated spontaneous abortion in severe cases,which will cause great harm to the puerpera.Therefore,in order to further understand the influence of blocking antibody and immune-related factors on spontaneous abortion during pregnancy,this paper reviews the research progress,in order to provide a breakthrough point for the prevention and treatment of spontaneous abortion during pregnancy.
