摘　　要：作为巩固海疆安全与推动乡村振兴的重要场域,海洋渔村在乡村振兴战略中发挥着重要作用。海洋渔村传统生计方式的形成基于悠久的海洋发展史,现代海洋文化的发展则推动了海洋渔村从传统生计方式到新型生计方式的转型。通过对海洋渔村生计方式转型与乡村振兴之间关系的研究,可以看到国家在正式制度与非正式制度2个方面发挥的重要作用。海洋渔村围绕海洋,以人为中心,以文化为载体,通过平衡中华优秀传统文化中海洋文化的“乡土性”与现代海洋文化的“现代性”,实现渔村生计方式的转型与创新,推进了海洋渔村现代化的乡村振兴进程。As an important field for consolidating the maritime security and promoting the rural revitalization,the coastal fishing villages of China play a significant role in the strategy of rural revitalization.The formation of the traditional livelihood patterns in these coastal fishing villages is based on a long history of maritime development,and the development of the modern maritime culture has driven the transformation of the coastal fishing villages from the traditional to the new types of livelihood patterns.Through the study of the relationship between the transformation of the livelihood patterns in the coastal fishing villages and rural revitalization,it can be seen that the state plays an important role in both formal and informal systems.With the ocean and the people as the focus and with the local culture as the carrier,the coastal fishing villages have achieved the transformation and innovation of the livelihood patterns by balancing the“nativeness”of the maritime culture in the excellent traditional Chinese culture with the“modernity”of the modern maritime culture,thus promoting the modernization process of these coastal fishing villages in the context of rural revitalization.
