葆宫止血颗粒对围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者性激素和生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察并分析宫止血颗粒对围绝经期女性功能失调性子宫出血患者的性激素和生活质量的影响与治疗的临床价值。方法:选取2023年1月至2024年2月在本院妇科规范化治疗152例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者为研究对象,根据药物使用方案划分为对照组76例(炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗)和观察组76例(葆宫止血颗粒联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗),对比治疗前后两组止血所用时间、性激素水平、生活质量以及临床疗效的差异性。结果:观察组控制止血所用时间、完全止血所用时间显著短于对照组,观察组治疗后P(3.47±1.14)nmol/L,E(110.22±10.06)pmol/L,FSH(83.62±7.82)U/L、LH(40.31±5.06)mIU/mL、MENQOL评分(83.21±7.69)分、MRS评分(80.47±7.52)分均低于对照组,WHOQOL-BRIEF评分(104.39±12.63)分、总有效率高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:葆宫止血颗粒辅助治疗围绝经期女性的功能失调性子宫出血能够促进性激素分泌,缩短子宫异常出血时间,改善患者生活质量,提高功能失调性子宫出血预后效果。Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of Baogong Zhixue Granule on sex hormone and quality of life in perim-enopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding and its value in treatment.Methods:152 cases of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding cases in our hospital from January 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research object,control group of 76 ca-ses(ethinylestradiol cyproterone tablets treatment)and observation group of 76 cases(Baogong Zhixue particles combined with ethinylestradiol cyproterone tablets treatment),compared two groups before and after treatment with hemostasis time,sex hormone levels,quality of life and clinical efficacy.Results:The time of control hemostasis and complete hemostasis in the ob-servation group was shorter than that in the control group.After treatment,P(3.47±1.14)nmol/L,E2(110.22±10.06)pmol/L,FSH(83.62±7.82)U/L,LH(40.31±5.06)mIU/mL,MENQOL score(83.21±7.69)and MRS score(80.47±7.52)were lower than those of the control group,while WHOQOL-BRIEF score(104.39±12.63)and total effective rate were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<o.05).Conclusion:Baogong Zhix-ue Granule in the adjuvant treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding can promote the secretion of sex hor-mones,shorten the time of abnormal uterine bleeding,improve the quality of life of patients,and improve the curative effect of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
