摘　　要：乳腺癌作为女性高发癌症之一,术后化疗是其最主要抗肿瘤治疗手段之一,本文从乳腺癌中医发病机制、化疗致伤理论、耳穴治疗的中医学基础及特点、耳穴防治乳腺癌术后化疗毒副反应现状等方面,对耳穴疗法在防治乳腺癌术后化疗毒副反应中的应用效果和现状进行总结归纳,旨在为乳腺癌术后化疗毒副反应防治提供参考。Breast cancer as one of the high incidence of cancer in women,postoperative chemotherapy is one of the most impor-tant anti-tumor treatment,this article from the pathogenesis of breast cancer in Chinese medicine,chemotherapy injury theory,auricular treatment of TCM basis and characteristics,auricular therapy in the prevention and treatment of breast cancer postop-erative chemotherapy side effects of the status quo,etc,the aim is to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of postoperative chemotherapy toxicity of breast cancer.
