产前心理护理干预对初产妇分娩方式、产后出血及产后心理的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨对于初产妇者实施产前心理护理对产妇分娩方式、产后出血、产后心理状况的影响。方法:选取2020年3月至2023年2月本院接收的初产妇100例,随机表法的方式分为研究组与对照组各组为50例。对照组对初产妇采取常规护理,研究组则对初产妇采取常规护理联合产前心理护理。评价并比较两组在分娩方式、产后出血以及产后心理状况[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]。结果:研究组初产妇分娩方式为自然分娩占比92.00%高于对照组72.00%(P<0.05);研究组的初产妇产后出血率2.00%低于对照组14.00%(P<0.05),研究组的初产妇产后2h、24h的出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);两组初产妇分娩后1d的SAS、SDS评分均比入院时降低,且研究组的评分低于对照组评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对初产妇这一群体,应用产前心理护理干预,可以提高产妇自然分娩率,降低产后出血率及减少产后出血量,并且缓解产妇产后焦虑抑郁不良情绪。Objective:To explore the effect of prenatal psychological care on the delivery mode,Postpartum bleeding and post-partum psychological status of primiparas.Method:A total of 100 primiparas admitted to the Hospital from March 2020 to February 2023 were selected and divided into study group and control group by random table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing for primipara,while the study group took routine nursing combined with prena-tal psychological nursing.Methods of delivery,postpartum hemorrhage and postpartum psychological status(SAS,SDS)of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results:The proportion of Natural childbirth in the study group was 92.00%higher than that in the control group(72.00%,P<0.05);The bleeding rate of the study group was 2.00%lower than that of the control group 14.o0%,P;The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups of primiparous women on the first day after deliv-ery were lower than those at admission,and the scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<o.05).Conclusion:For the group of primiparas,the application of prenatal psychologi-cal nursing intervention can increase the rate of Natural childbirth,reduce the rate of Postpartum bleeding and the amount of Postpartum bleeding,and alleviate the postpartum anxiety and depression of the mothers.
