摘　　要：目的:本次研究主要对护士分层管理在提高肿瘤科护理质量中的应用效果进行探析。方法:本次研究实施时间自2021年1月至2022年1月,将本医院20例肿瘤科护理人员纳入本次研究,2021年1月至12月设为对照组通过常规管理,2022年1月至12月设为观察组实施护士分层管理模式,对两组护理人员的护理质量水平、护理人员对管理方式的满意度进行观察评价。结果:对比两组护理人员的护理质量水平,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);对比两组护理人员对管理方式的满意度,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通过护士分层管理模式在肿瘤科护理质量中的应用,能够有效提升护理人员的护理质量,提升护理人员对管理方式的满意度,临床应用价值高。Objective:This study mainly explores the application effect of hierarchical management of female nurses in improving the quality of oncology nursing.Method:This study was conducted from January 2021 to January 2022.Twenty female nurs-ing staff members from the oncology department of our hospital were included in this study.From January to December 2021,the control group was set up for routine management,and from January to December 2022,the observation group was set up to implement a nurse layered management model.The nursing quality level and satisfaction of the two groups of nursing staff with management methods were observed and evaluated.Result:Comparing the nursing quality levels of the two groups of nursing staff,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);Comparing the satisfaction of two groups of nursing staff with management methods,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of female nurse hierarchical management model in the quality of oncology nursing can effec-tively improve the nursing quality of nursing staff,enhance their satisfaction with management methods,and have high clinical application value.
