摘  要:以清华大学物理楼项目空调风管采用橡塑保温板施工为例,介绍采用电动切割平台下料,防冷桥垫木缩进横担内消除保温板遇到垫木离缝的施工方法,重点阐述了电动切割平台的制作应用及垫木缩进的方法,解决了矩形风管橡塑保温板切割扭斜、敷设接口离缝的问题,可为同类工程施工提供参考。Taking the rubber insulation board construction of air conditioning ducts in the Physics Building Project of Tsinghua University as an example,the construction method was described to avoid gaps between insulation boards and skids by cutting via an electric cutting platform and retraction of anti-cold-bridge skids into cross arms.In particular,the fabrication and application of the electric cutting platform and the method for skid retraction was illustrated to solve the problems of torsion of rubber insulation boards of rectangular ducts in cutting and open joints in laying,thus providing a reference for the construction of similar subdivisional works.
