摘 要:钢板桩支护结构适用于软土或以粘性土、粉土、沙土为主的支护工程,因其隔水效果优秀、对场地条件要求不高、施工工期较短等特点得到了广泛的应用。在填海造陆区域,由于土质情况较为复杂,变化多样,在进行此类区域的钢板桩支护结构设计过程中,设计人员通常对地质情况认知度不足。但在实际施工过程中,现场土质情况与设计参考值有一定的出入,导致施工过程中按照既定工艺施工时出现一些超出预计的偏差,使现场安全风险及管理难度加大。本研究主要针对汕头市临海某建筑工程,在钢板桩支护结构设计、施工过程中需重点考虑的问题进行分析与探究,可为此类项目施工提供借鉴。Steel sheet pile support structures are suitable for support engineering in soft soil or in layers that are mainly composed of clay,silt and sandy soil.They are widely applied due to excellent waterproofing,low site requirements,short construction duration,etc.Sea reclamation areas feature a variety of complex soil conditions,and design personnel usually have insufficient geological information for the design of steel sheet pile support structures in these areas.In the actual construction process,however,there are some differences between on-site soil conditions and design reference data,leading to unexpected deviations from the predetermined construction process and more safety risks and management difficulties on site.In this study,taking one seaside construction project in Shantou as a main example,key considerations in the design and construction of steel sheet pile support structures were analyzed and explored,which provides a reference for the construction of similar projects.
