钢网架分次叠加拼装与联合液压顶升施工技术

摘　　要：该技术综合考虑了网架受力的均衡性,顶升点布置尽量与结构柱同心,针对偏心部位采用了组合回顶支架进行加固,确保传力明确、受力合理;同时考虑到顶升安装精度要求,设计研发了一种网架顶升辅助装置,配合顶升支架同步施工,保证了设备基层平整度的同时也能对液压设备的垂直度进行控制;在夹层结构处设置了移动式三角组装平台,将吊装网架与局部网架在平台处进行组装,减少了局部搭拆满堂架的过程,降低了人工成本,减少了满堂架租赁费用,缩短了施工工期。This technology comprehensively considers the balance of force on the grid structure,and the layout of the lifting points is as concentric as possible with the structural columns.For eccentric parts,a combination of lifting brackets is used for reinforcement to ensure clear force transmission and reasonable force distribution;At the same time,considering the precision requirements of the lifting installation,an auxiliary device for the lifting of the grid frame has been designed and developed,which,in conjunction with the lifting bracket for synchronous construction,ensures the flatness of the equipment base and can also control the verticality of the hydraulic equipment;a mobile triangular assembly platform has been set up at the mezzanine structure,which assembles the lifting grid and local grid at the platform,reducing the process of local erection and dismantling of the full frame,lowering labor costs,reducing the rental cost of the full frame,and shortening the construction period.
