摘 要:抚州市某项目传媒中心主楼屋顶158.5 m处设置有高为55 m高电视信号塔,采用“中央悬浮抱杆吊装”的施工工艺。中央悬浮抱杆通过承托绳、内拉线固定在已安装的塔身上;中央悬浮抱杆安装后,抱杆顶点(即吊装支点)远高于工作面,可将构件直接吊装至工作面。在塔式起重机、起重机等大型设备吊装施工成本过高的情况下采用中央悬浮抱杆吊装技术,其安装成本低、安全性高、节约工期,可供类似项目借鉴。A 55 m high TV signal tower is installed at 158.5 m on the roof of the main building of a media center project in Fuzhou city,using the construction technology of"central suspension pole lifting".The central suspension pole is fixed to the installed tower body through a support rope and an inner stay wire;After the installation of the central suspension pole,the vertex of the pole(i.e.the lifting fulcrum)is much higher than the working face,and the component can be directly lifted to the working face.When the construction cost of lifting large equipment such as tower cranes and cranes is too high,the use of central suspension pole lifting technology has low installation cost,high safety,and saves time,which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
