摘 要:为解决建筑节能问题,研究提出了一种新型无机保温材料即陶粒泡沫混凝土,但当前大部分陶粒泡沫混凝土采用的是将泡沫浆料和陶粒混合搅拌的制备方法,该方法不可避免地会出现陶粒上浮现象,导致陶粒分布不均匀,从而降低其强度和保温效果。研究提出了一种密封模具压力注浆的方法,根据密封模具压力注浆法的制作工艺并提出了配套的陶粒泡沫混凝土配合比设计计算方案,并结合试验进行了验证。研究表明,可根据提出的配合比设计计算方案,调节各原材料的配合比,达到陶粒泡沫混凝土的设计干密度目标,为后期的工程实际应用推广提供了理论参考。In order to solve the problem of building energy conservation,a new type of inorganic thermal insulation material ceramisite foam concrete was proposed.However,most ceramisite foam concrete currently uses the preparation method of mixing foam slurry and ceramisite,which inevitably leads to the floating of ceramisite,resulting in uneven distribution of ceramisite,thus reducing its strength and thermal insulation effect.According to the manufacturing process of the sealed mold pressure grouting method,the matching design and calculation scheme of ceramsite foam concrete mix proportion is proposed,and verified by experiments.The research shows that the mix proportion of each raw material can be adjusted according to the proposed mix proportion design calculation scheme to achieve the design dry density target of ceramsite foam concrete,which provides theoretical guidance for the practical application and promotion of later projects.
