摘 要:以基坑支护拆撑阶段叉车荷载作用下的楼面作为工况,地下室无梁楼盖结构受到盘扣式脚手架支撑下的等效均布可变荷载的影响较大,且其缺乏有效简单的计算方法,故研究利用ABAQUS大型通用有限元软件对其受力变形进行分析。根据有限元分析模拟探究6 m×6 m无梁楼盖结构受到叉车运输作用下的弯矩、挠度分布情况,提出了可行且简单的计算方法。结果表明,结合规范公式提出的计算方法能较好的得出盘扣式脚手架支撑下的叉车作用楼面等效均布可变荷载,其计算方法可供工程设计参考。The study takes the floor under forklift load during the excavation support and dismantling stage as the working condition.The underground beamless floor structure is greatly affected by the equivalent uniformly distributed variable load supported by the buckle scaffolding,and lacks effective and simple calculation methods.Therefore,Abaqus large-scale general finite element software is used to analyze its stress and deformation.Based on finite element analysis simulation,a feasible and simple calculation method was proposed to investigate the distribution of bending moment and deflection of the 6 m×6 m beamless floor structure under forklift transportation.The results show that the calculation method proposed in combination with the standard formula can effectively obtain the equivalent uniformly distributed variable load of the forklift under the support of the plate buckle scaffold,and its calculation method can be used as a reference for engineering design.
