摘  要:文章基于微电子技术,探讨高压直流系统检测精度、运行可靠性等方面。通过分析高压直流输配电系统的基本结构与工作原理,介绍微电子检测技术在电力系统中的应用现状,重点分析微电子传感器在高压直流检测中的应用及其在故障诊断中的作用。结合硬件和软件设计,构建高压直流检测系统,并通过测试与性能评估验证其有效性。研究结果表明,基于微电子技术的检测系统在提升高压直流输配电系统安全性和稳定性方面具有显著优势,为智能电网的发展提供了技术支持。Based on microelectronics technology,this article discusses the detection accuracy and operational reliability of high-voltage direct current systems.By analyzing the basic structure and working principle of highvoltage direct current transmission and distribution systems,this paper introduces the current application status of microelectronic detection technology in power systems,focusing on the analysis of the application of microelectronic sensors in high-voltage direct current detection and its role in fault diagnosis.Combining hardware and software design,a high-voltage direct current detection system was constructed,and its effectiveness was verified through testing and performance evaluation.The research results of this article show that detection systems based on microelectronics technology have significant advantages in improving the safety and stability of high-voltage direct current transmission and distribution systems,and provide technical support for the development of smart grids.
