摘　　要：5G专网以其高速率、低时延以及大连接数的技术特点,为行业用户提供了定制化的网络服务。文章针对运营商5G专网建设中的无线网络优化方案展开探讨,从频谱资源管理、天线系统设计、网络切片与资源分配、多输入多输出(Multiple Input Multiple Output,MIMO)技术应用以及小区部署与容量规划等方面提出优化策略,并结合具体参数和案例进行详细分析,为5G专网的高效建设和运营提供理论指导和实践参考。With its technical characteristics of high speed,low delay and large number of connections,5G private network provides customized network services for industry users.In this paper,the wireless network optimization scheme in the construction of operator’s 5G private network is discussed,and the optimization strategy is put forward from the aspects of spectrum resource management,antenna system design,network slicing and resource allocation,MIMO technology application,cell deployment and capacity planning,and detailed analysis is made with specific parameters and cases,which provides theoretical guidance and practical reference for the efficient construction and operation of 5G private network.
