摘　　要：变压器试验对于确保变压器的正常运行和电网的安全稳定具有关键作用。然而,变压器试验经常遇到内部声音异常、自动跳闸、油位异常、气体保护失效以及绕组故障等问题。文章详细分析常见问题和故障,并提出相应的解决策略,旨在为变压器高压试验提供实用的故障排查与处理指南,从而确保变压器的性能与安全。Transformer testing plays a crucial role in ensuring the normal operation of transformers and the safety and stability of the power grid.However,transformer testing often encounters issues and faults such as abnormal internal sound,automatic tripping,abnormal oil level,gas protection failure,and winding faults.The article provides a detailed analysis of common problems and faults,and proposes corresponding solutions,aiming to provide practical troubleshooting and handling guidelines for transformer high-voltage testing,thereby ensuring the performance and safety of transformers.
