摘　　要：目的探究计划性能量饮食对初产妇产程时间及卫生经济学的影响。方法纳入南京市溧水区人民医院2020年6月至2023年10月分娩的172例产妇,以随机摸球法分为两组,对照组87例,采取自由饮食;研究组85例,采用计划性饮食干预方案。对比两组产程时间、能量指标、住院时间及住院费用。结果研究组第一产程时间、第二产程时间、干预至宫口全开时间均短于对照组,P<0.05。分娩后,研究组血糖及血钠水平均优于对照组,住院时间及住院费用均少于对照组,P<0.05。结论计划性能量饮食可缩短初产妇产程时间,提高其营养水平,从而减少其住院天数及住院费用。Objective:To explore the influence of planned energy diet on labor time and health economics of primiparas.Methods:172 parturients who gave birth at Lishui District People's Hospital in Nanjing from June 2020 to October 2023 were included in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups using the ball touching method.The control group consisted of 87 cases who received free diet;while the study group consisted of 85 cases who received planned dietary intervention.Compare the labor process time between two groups、measure energy indicators、and compare hospital stay and hospitalization costs.Results:The time of the first stage of labor,the time of the second stage of labor and the time from intervention to full opening of cervix in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.After delivery,the blood sugar and blood sodium levels in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the hospitalization time and expenses were shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Planned energy diet can shorten the delivery time of primiparous women,improve their nutritional levels,AND THUS REDUCE THEIR HOSPITALIZATION DAYS AND HOSPITALIZATION EXPENSES.
