肾衰方加减治疗慢性肾衰竭的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨肾衰方加减治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效。方法选择医院2020年06月-2023年06月收治慢性肾衰竭患者78例,按随机数表法分为对照组(n=39,常规治疗)与观察组(n=39,再加肾衰方加减治疗)。比较两组疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率94.87%,较对照组76.92%更高,P<0.05。治疗前,两组中医症候积分对比,P>0.05;治疗后,观察组各症状积分均较对照组低,P<0.05。治疗前,两组肾功能指标Scr、BUN及Ccr对比,P>0.05。治疗后,观察组Scr、BUN均较对照组低,Ccr则较对照组高,P<0.05。两组不良反应发生率对比,P>0.05。结论对慢性肾衰竭患者采用肾衰方加减治疗的效果确切,可改善临床症状与肾功能,且安全性高。Objective:Toexplore the clinical effect of Shenshuai recipe on chronic renal failure. Methods:From June 2020 to June 2023,78 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to Chuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Huai 'an City were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group(n=39) was given routine treatment, while the observation group(n=39) was also treated with Shenshuai recipe. The clinical efficacy、TCM syndrome score、renal function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.87%, which was higher than 76.92% in the control group, P < 0.05. Before treatment, the scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were compared, P>0.05;After treatment, the scores of backache、weakness of knees、shortness of breath、laziness in speaking、edema all over the body and eating less and taking less food in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, P<0.05. Before treatment, the renal function indexes of Scr、BUN and Ccr were compared between the two groups, P>0.05. After treatment, Scr and BUN in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while Ccr was higher than that in the control group, P<0.05. The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared, P>0.05. Conclusion:The treatment of chronic renal failure with Shenshuai recipe is effective, can improve clinical symptoms and renal function, and has high safety.
