早期肠内外营养支持护理对老年结直肠癌患者术后营养状况及康复情况的影响

摘　　要：目的观察分析早期肠内外营养支持护理对老年结直肠癌患者术后营养状况及康复情况的影响。方法选取2022年10月至2023年10月期间淮安市第一人民医院收治的60例老年结直肠癌患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组接受早期肠外营养支持护理,研究组接受早期肠内外营养支持护理。对比两组护理满意度、营养状况、不同阶段体重情况及康复时间。结果研究组护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。干预后,与对照组相比,研究组PAB、ALB、TRF、STP水平均更高,P<0.05。干预3 h、6 h后,研究组体重均较对照组更高,P<0.05。与对照组相比,研究组初次正常饮食时间、首次排便时间、初次排气时间及初次无人辅助下床活动均更短,P<0.05。结论在老年结直肠癌患者护理中应用早期肠内外营养支持护理可有效改善患者术后营养状况,控制其体重变化,并促进患者康复,提高护理满意度。Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of early enteral and parenteral nutrition support nursing on postoperative nutritional status and rehabilitation of elderly patients with colorectal cancer.Methods:Sixty elderly patients with colorectal cancer admitted to the First People's Hospital of Huai'an from October 2022 to October 2023 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received early parenteral nutrition support nursing,while the research group received early parenteral nutrition support nursing.Nursing satisfaction、nutritional status、weight at different stages and rehabilitation time were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.After the intervention,compared with the control group,the levels of PAB、ALB、TRF and STP in the study group were higher,P<0.05.After intervention for 3 h and 6 h,the body weight of the study group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the first normal eating time、the first defecation time、the first exhaust time and the first unassisted getting out of bed activities in the study group were shorter,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of early enteral and parenteral nutrition support in the nursing care of elderly patients with colorectal cancer can effectively improve the postoperative nutritional status of patients,control their weight changes,promote patients'rehabilitation and improve nursing satisfaction.
