PDCA循环模式在医院消毒供应室护理管理中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究分析PDCA循环模式在医院消毒供应室护理管理中的应用价值。方法从2022年1-8月南京同仁医院消毒供应室接收的医疗器械中抽选1000份,列为对照组,采取常规护理管理;从2023年1-8月医院消毒供应室接受的医疗器械中抽选1000份,列为实验组,采取PDCA循环模式进行护理管理。对比两组医疗器械消毒灭菌合格率、护理管理质量、院内感染发生情况及患者满意度。结果实验组医疗器械回收合格率、清洗合格率、消毒合格率、灭菌合格率、包装合格率、发放合格率均明显高于对照组,P<0.05。实验组包装管理评分、污染物品处理评分、器械操作管理评分、急救物品管理评分、器械管理评分均明显高于对照组,P<0.05。实验组手术切口感染、尿路感染、呼吸道感染、消化道感染发生率均明显低于对照组,P<0.05。实验组患者满意度明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论在医院消毒供应室护理管理中采取PDCA循环模式可有效提高医疗器械消毒灭菌合格率,降低院内感染发生率,提升护理管理质量,从而提高患者满意度。Objective:To explore and analyze the application value of PDCA circulation mode in nursing management of hospital disinfection supply room.Methods:From January to August 20221000 medical instruments were selected from the disinfection supply room of Nanjing Tongren Hospital,and they were listed as the control group,taking routine nursing management.From January to August 20231000 medical instruments received in the hospital disinfection supply room were selected as the experimental group,and PDCA circulation mode was adopted for nursing management.The qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization of medical devices,the quality of nursing management,the occurrence of nosocomial infection and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The qualified rates of medical devices recovery、cleaning、disinfection、sterilization、packaging and distribution in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.The scores of packaging management、pollution disposal、equipment operation management、first-aid goods management and equipment management in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of incision infection、urinary tract infection、respiratory tract infection and digestive tract infection in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:PDCA circulation mode can effectively improve the qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization of medical devices,reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection,improve the quality of nursing management,and thus improve patient satisfaction.
