火龙罐综合灸在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性期患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨火龙罐综合灸在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性期患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月至2023年12月广州医科大学附属中医医院收治80例老年COPD急性期患者。按照入组顺序分为观察组(采取火龙罐综合灸联合常规治疗及护理)与对照组(采取常规治疗及护理),各40例。比较两组治疗效果、肺功能、呼吸困难症状及生活质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。干预后观察组组FVC、FEV1水平均高于对照组,P<0.05。干预后观察组mMRC、CAT评分均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论火龙罐综合灸用于老年COPD急性期患者的护理可提升治疗效果,缓解患者呼吸困难症状,改善其肺功能与生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive moxibustion with fire dragon cupping in nursing care of elderly patients with COPD in acute stage.Methods:From January 2023 to December 202380 elderly patients with acute COPD were selected from the Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Guangzhou Medical University.According to the order of enrollment,they were divided into observation group(taking fire dragon cupping combined with routine treatment and nursing)and control group(taking routine treatment and nursing),with 40 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect、lung function、dyspnea symptoms and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.After intervention,the FVC and FEV1 levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.After intervention,the mMRC and CAT scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Comprehensive moxibustion with fire dragon cupping can improve the therapeutic effect,relieve the symptoms of dyspnea and improve the quality of life of lung function in elderly patients with COPD in acute stage.
