多元化护理在肝癌灌注栓塞介入术治疗中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察分析多元化护理在肝癌灌注栓塞介入术治疗中的应用效果。方法本次研究对象为2022年12月至2023年12月于南京市第二医院行灌注栓塞介入术治疗的84例肝癌患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组42例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组多元化干预。对比两组。结果观察组QOL评分、满意度优于对照组,并发症发生率低,P<0.05。结论多元化护理用于肝癌灌注栓塞介入术治疗的效果确切,有助于改善患者生存质量,减少并发症发生,提高护理满意度。Objective:Observation and analysis of the application effect of diversified nursing in the interventional treatment of liver cancer perfusion embolization. Method: The subjects of this study were 84 liver cancer patients who underwent perfusion embolization intervention at Nanjing Second Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 42 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing interventions, while the observation group received diversified interventions. Compare two groups. The results showed that the QOL score and satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower, P<0.05. Conclusion: Diversified nursing is effective in the treatment of liver cancer with perfusion embolization intervention, which helps improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the occurrence of complications, and increase nursing satisfaction.
