摘 要:目的探讨食管癌放射治疗中营养护理对实施效果。方法将2020年1月至2022年12月甘肃省白银市第一人民医院收治的16例食管癌放射治疗患者随机分为对照组(采取常规护理)与研究组(采取营养护理),各8例。比较两组营养指标、术后恢复指标与生活质量。结果护理后研究组ALB、PA、Hb、TRF水平均高于对照组,P<0.05。研究组术后术后恢复指标均优于对照组,P<0.05。护理后研究组WHOQOL-BREF评分高于对照组,P<0.05。结论营养护理可改善食管癌放射治疗患者的营养状态及生活质量,促进患者术后恢复。Objective:Exploring the Implementation Effect of Nutritional Nursing in Radiotherapy for Esophageal Cancer. Methods:Sixteen patients with esophageal cancer treated by radiotherapy in the First People's Hospital of Baiyin City, Gansu Province from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group(taking routine care) and study group(taking nutritional care),with 8 cases in each group. The nutritional index, postoperative recovery index and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results:After nursing, the levels of ALB、PA、Hb and TRF in the study group were higher than those in the control group, P<0.05. The postoperative recovery indicators of the research group were better than those of the control group, with P<0.05. After nursing, the score of WHOQOL-BREF in the study group was higher than that in the control group, P<0.05.Conclusion:Nutritional nursing can improve the nutritional status and quality of life of patients with esophageal cancer after radiotherapy, and promote postoperative recovery.
