术前护理访视对骨科手术患者围术期应激反应的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨分析术前护理访视对骨科手术患者围术期应激反应的影响。方法选择2022年2月至2023年10月江阴市中医骨伤医院收治的68例骨科手术患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分为常规组与实验组,各34例。常规组接受常规围术期护理,实验组在此基础上给予术前护理访视。对比两组患者应激反应与心理情绪。结果术前,两组C反应蛋白、皮质醇及血糖水平对比,P>0.05;术后,两组C反应蛋白、皮质醇及血糖水平均升高,但实验组指标均低于常规组,P<0.05。护理前,两组SAS与SDS评分对比,P>0.05;护理后,实验组两项评分均低于常规组,P<0.05。结论对骨科手术患者采取术前护理访视可有效减轻其围术期应激反应,改善患者心理情绪。Objective:To explore and analyze the influence of preoperative nursing visit on perioperative stress response of orthopedic patients. Methods:Sixty-eight orthopedic surgery patients admitted to Jiangyin Orthopedic Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research object, and the patients were randomly divided into routine group and experimental group, with 34 cases in each group. The routine group received routine perioperative care, and the experimental group was given preoperative nursing visit on this basis. The stress response and psychological emotion of the two groups were compared. Results:Before operation, the levels of C-reactive protein、cortisol and blood sugar were compared between the two groups, P>0.05;After operation, the levels of C-reactive protein、cortisol and blood sugar in both groups increased, but the indexes in the experimental group were lower than those in the routine group, P<0.05. Before nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were compared, P>0.05;After nursing, the two scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the routine group, P<0.05. Conclusion:Preoperative nursing visit can effectively reduce perioperative stress response and improve patients' psychological mood.
