摘 要:随着节能工作的不断深入,钢铁企业的节能改造越发困难。焦化工序作为钢铁企业的能源转化单元,是钢铁生产过程中的重要环节,全面剖析焦化工序能耗的影响因素,深度挖掘焦化工序的节能潜力,对钢铁企业的节能减排工作具有重要意义。以焦化工序为研究对象,基于投入-产出、热平衡的分析方法,全面剖析了能源转化差、炼焦耗热量对工序能耗的影响;并以热平衡为基础,进一步探究煤挥发分、水分、焦炉热损和煤气消耗比例对焦化工序能耗的影响。除此之外,围绕焦化生产过程的反应机理,采用热力学方法,对相应的生产工艺进行假设,基于实际的原料、燃料参数和反应条件,计算了焦化工序的理论极限能耗,为准确判断焦化工序的节能潜力提供理论依据。同时结合目前焦化工序的能耗特征、技术应用现状和极致能效工作实施路径,分析焦化工序的节能途径。综上,通过挖掘焦化工序能耗的影响因素,并分析焦化工序的理论极限能耗,以期为钢铁生产流程极致能效工作提供理论依据,助力钢铁行业“碳达峰”“碳中和”目标的实现。With the growing of energy save work,the energy conservation of iron and steel industry is more and more difficultly.As the energy conversion unit,coke-making process is an important link in the process of iron and steel production.Therefore,the comprehensive analysis of influencing factors and deep exploration of energy saving limit of coking process are of great significance to the energy saving and emission reduction work of iron and steel indus-try.Taking the coking process as research object,based on the analysis method of input-output and heat balance,the influence of energy conversion difference and coking heat on energy consumption was comprehensively analyzed.Based on the heat balance,the coking heat was further divided into four factors,coal volatiles,moisture,coke oven heat loss and gas consumption ratio,and the influence of these factors on coking process energy consumption was discussed.In addition,based on the reaction mechanism of coke-making process,the corresponding production process was assumed by thermodynamic method,and the theoretical limit energy consumption of coke-making process was calculated based on the actual raw materials,fuel parameters and reaction conditions,which provided a theoretical basis for accurately judging the energy saving limit of coke-making process.Combined with the energy consumption characteristics of the current coke-making process,the application status of technology and the imple-mentation path of extreme energy efficiency work,the energy saving ways and energy saving potential of coke-making process were analyzed.Finally,by exploring the influencing factors of energy consumption in coking process and analyzing the theoretical limit energy consumption of coke-making process,it aims to provide theoretical basis for the ultimate energy efficiency of iron and steel production process and help iron and steel industry achieve the goal of reaching"carbon peak"and"carbon neutrality".
