摘　　要：基于老年人居住现状以及适老化改造需求的调研,以上海某既有住宅为例进行了适老化改造设计与实验.运用装配式建造理念,以居住者需求为主导,从空间的开放与流畅、墙·顶·地与管线系统、独立的设备子系统、适老化与智能部品、未来长期可改等方面进行了设计探索,验证了适老化改造对老年人生活品质提高、实现居家养老的可行性,提出既有住宅适老化改造装配式装修的发展潜力和方向.Based on the survey of the living status and the needs of aging-friendly renovation,this paper uses an existing residence in Shanghai as an example for aging-friendly renovation design and experiment.Centering on the concept of prefabricated construction and driven by the needs of residents,the design explores spatial openness and flow,wall-ceiling-floor and pipeline system,independent sub-system of equipment,aging-friendly and intellectual components,and future modifiability in a long run,etc.It verifies the feasibility of aging-friendly renovation for improving the quality of life of the elderly with home-based elderly care,and proposes the potential and prospect of developing prefabricated decoration for aging-friendly renovation.
