摘 要:血脂异常和骨质疏松均为常见的代谢性疾病。近年来,脂代谢与骨代谢之间的关系成为人们关注的焦点。骨质疏松患者常伴有血脂异常,提示两者间存在潜在联系。脂代谢异常可能导致骨组织内环境失衡,进而影响骨密度和骨强度,增加骨质疏松发生风险。其中,众多信号通路在这一过程中扮演关键角色,包括Wnt/β联蛋白、过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ、核因子κB受体活化因子配体/核因子κB受体活化因子/骨保护素等。深入了解这些信号通路在骨代谢中的作用及其与脂代谢的交互影响、在骨质疏松发生发展中的潜在作用机制,有望为骨质疏松的预防和治疗提供新的思路和方法。Dyslipidemia and osteoporosis are both common metabolic diseases.In recent years,the relationship between lipid metabolism and bone metabolism has become a focus of attention,and there is increasing evidence that clinical patients with osteoporosis are often accompanied by dyslipidemia,suggesting a potential link between the two.Abnormal lipid metabolism may lead to an imbalance in the internal environment of bone tissue,thereby affecting bone mineral density and bone strength,and increasing the risk of osteoporosis.Many signaling pathways play key roles in this process,including the Wnt/β-catenin,peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorγ,receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB ligand/receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB/osteoprotegerin signaling pathways etc.Through in-depth understanding of the role of these signaling pathways in bone metabolism and their potential mechanisms of interaction with lipid metabolism in the development of osteoporosis,it is expected to provide new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
