摘　　要：长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)与恶性肿瘤已成为目前lncRNA研究领域最活跃的模块之一。癌症易感候选因子19(CASC19)是一种新发现的lncRNA,在多种肿瘤中发挥重要的调控作用,包括细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭以及细胞辐射耐受、疾病预后等。较高的CASC19水平与疾病的进展、预后及疗效等密切相关,可能是多种肿瘤的可靠生物标志物和潜在治疗靶点。因此,深入研究CASC19在不同肿瘤中的作用机制,可以为疾病的治疗提供新思路。Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)and malignant tumors have become one of the most active lncRNA research modules.Cancer susceptibility candidate factor 19(CASC19)is a newly discovered lncRNA,which plays an important regulatory role in a variety of tumors,including cell proliferation,migration and invasion,cell radiation tolerance,and disease prognosis.Higher CASC19 levels are closely related to disease progression,prognosis and efficacy,and may be a reliable biomarker and potential therapeutic target for a variety of tumors.Therefore,in-depth studies of CASC19 mechanism of action in different tumors can provide new ideas for the treatment of diseases.
