痤疮一号方治疗肺胃湿热型痤疮的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究痤疮一号方治疗肺胃湿热型痤疮的临床疗效。方法选择2022年1月至2023年1月天津市滨海新区中医医院皮肤科门诊104例痤疮患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组52例,对照组52例。观察组给予痤疮一号方治疗,对照组给予复方木尼孜其颗粒治疗,同时两组均给予夫西地酸乳膏外用,治疗6周后观察比较2组的临床疗效。结果经6周治疗后,2组症状均得到显著改善,观察组患者的治疗总有效率(92.31%)高于对照组(75%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组患者在治疗期间均未出现不良反应。结论痤疮一号方与夫西地酸联合应用治疗肺胃湿热型痤疮临床疗效确切,对改善患者皮损炎症、缩短治疗时间、预防痤疮复发等均有良好效果,同时安全性较高。Objective To study the efficacy of acne formula 1 in the treatment of damp acne.Methods 104 acne patients in Tianjin were selected from January 2022 to January 2023.They were randomly divided into observation and control groups,with 52 in the observation group and 52 in the control group.The observation group was treated with acne formula 1,while the control group was treated with compound munizit granules.At the same time,both groups received fusidic acid cream for topical use.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared after 6 weeks of treatment.Results After 6 weeks of treatment,the symptoms were significantly improved in both groups.The overall response rate of patients in the observation group(92.31%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(75%).Statistical differences were found for comparisons between groups(P<0.05).Neither group had any adverse effects during the treatment period.Conclusion The clinical effect of acne formula 1 and fusidic acid in the treatment of pulmonary and gastric humid acne is exact.It has a good effect on improving skin inflammation,shortening the treatment time,and preventing acne recurrence,and has high safety.
