互动陷阱:微博平台狂欢景象中的网络舆论审判

摘　　要：新媒体时代下,传播已打破时空界限,突破地域限制,网络低门槛、匿名性和实时交互特征给予人们舆论监督、言论自由更为广阔的途径,基于此,媒介审判的内涵和外延都发生了改变,媒介审判逐渐演变为舆论审判,舆论集中反映着网民的心理状态和价值观念。本文基于微博平台对网络舆论审判现象进行深入剖析,发现其呈现出网民基于道德判断下的情绪极化、媒体捕捉假性真实进行议题偏向导向两方面特征。这样的网络舆论审判会挑战司法权威、干扰正常新闻机制运行,造成朴素“正义”下的网络暴力,需要从提升不同年龄阶段的网民媒介素养、强化微博平台内容审核机制、政府加强网络监管三方面引导网络舆论审判正向发展。In the era of new media,communication has broken the boundaries of time and space,broken through the geographical limitations,the network low threshold,anonymity and real-time interactive features to give people a broader way of public opinion supervision,freedom of speech,based on which,the connotation and extension of the media trial have changed,the media trial gradually evolved into the trial of public opinion,which centrally reflects the netizens’psychological state and values.Based on the microblogging platform,this paper analyzes the phenomenon of online public opinion trial in depth,and finds that it is characterized by the polarization of netizens’emotions based on ethical judgments,and the media’s biased orientation of issues by capturing false truths.Such a trial of online public opinion will challenge the authority of the judiciary,interfere with the normal operation of the news mechanism,and cause network violence under the simple“justice”,which needs to be guided to the positive development of the trial of online public opinion from the aspects of improving the media literacy of netizens of different ages,strengthening the microblogging platform’s content auditing mechanism,and strengthening the government’s supervision of the network.
