摘 要:随着对大学生的素质教育越来越重视,尤其对女大学生的健康体适能指标有些堪忧。对于如何改善女大学生的健康体适能这一问题愈加得到关注。大学生活丰富多彩,大学生的课外活动也各种各样,爱好比较广泛。显然,为大学生提供一种有趣、新颖、易上手、高效的运动方式激发女大学生运动的兴趣,真正的动起来。普拉提小器械训练比较简单易上手,锻炼效果好,对身体柔韧协调有一定要求,比较适合女大学生来选用。通过普拉提小器械的训练可以为女大学生健康体适能带来积极影响。As more and more attention is paid to the quality education of college students,the health and fitness indicators of female college students in particular are somewhat worrying.The issue of how to improve the health and physical fitness of female college students is getting more and more attention.College life is colorful,and the extracurricular activities of college students are also various,with a wide range of hobbies.Obviously,to provide college students with an interesting,innovative,easy to start,efficient way to stimulate the interest of female college students to exercise,really move up.Pilates small apparatus training is relatively simple and easy to start,exercise effect is good,on the body flexibility and coordination have certain requirements,more suitable for female college students to choose.Through the Pilates small apparatus training can bring positive impact on the health and fitness of female college students.
