摘 要:水库水情监测预警是水库防洪调度、大坝安全、防汛指挥决策的重要手段和关键环节。下坂地水库为大型水库,为增强水库应对突发事件和洪水灾害的能力,基于下坂地水利枢纽基本概况和水情监测存在问题,文章在分析塔什库尔干河洪水特性和水情监测预警预报系统构成的基础上,对下坂地水库预警预报方案进行了探讨。结果显示,构建水文、气象、水库联合监测的四级预警方案,可以科学有效地应对水库不安全事件,可供类似工程进行借鉴。Real-time monitoring and early warning of reservoir water conditions play a crucial role in flood control operations,dam safety management,and command decision-making during flood events.Xiabandi Reservoir,as a large-scale reservoir,endeavors to enhance its resilience against emergencies and flood disasters.Based on the overview of the Xiabadi hydraulic complex and the existing problems in water monitoring,this article explores the early warning and forecasting scheme for the Xiabadi Reservoir by analyzing the flood characteristics of the Tashkurgan River and the composition of the water monitoring and forecasting system.The results show that building a four level warning scheme for joint monitoring of hydrology,meteorology,and reservoirs can scientifically and effectively respond to unsafe incidents in reservoirs,which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
