基于“老龄化”视角下的藏医饮食起居保健法研究

摘　　要：“老龄化”已成为二十一世纪国内最为突出的影响社会公共健康的问题之一,由此引发的老年人群慢性疾病发病率连续增长和城乡医疗资源分布不平衡等问题,已成为制约当今社会稳定发展的重要因素之一。基于此背景,运用人口学和文献研究相结合的方法,首先,揭示老龄化社会发展的过程、特点、慢性疾病发病率和老年人群所面临的身心健康问题;其次,基于《四部医典》等为代表的藏医药学古籍文献,挖掘藏医药学养生保健学中适宜于“老龄化”社会的主体人群——老年人群摄入的饮食种类、特点和起居习惯,提出通过饮食和起居等尽早干预可以改善“老龄化”社会中的主题人群即老年人群的生活幸福感,并且能够预防慢性疾病等公共健康问题的发生。Aging has become one of the most prominent problems affecting social public health in the 21st century.The resulting incidence rate of chronic diseases among the elderly population continues to increase and the imbalance of urban and rural medical resources distribution has become an important factor restricting the stability and development of today's society.Therefore,based on this background,this paper first reveals the process and characteristics of the development of an aging society,the incidence rate of chronic diseases,and the physical and mental health problems faced by the elderly,using the method of combining demography and literature research;Secondly,based on ancient Tibetan medical and pharmaceutical literature such as Rgud Bzhi,this study explores the dietary types,characteristics,and living habits of the elderly population,who are suitable for the aging society in Tibetan medicine and health care.It proposes that early intervention through dietary and living methods can improve the happiness of the elderly population,who are the main theme group in the aging society,and prevent the occurrence of public health problems such as chronic diseases.
