摘 要:当今主流的制冷技术仍为蒸气压缩式制冷技术,在碳达峰、碳中和的时代背景下,节能减排技术的发展必定受到越来越多的关注。磁制冷技术作为一种新型固态制冷技术,因其较高的卡诺效率、绿色环保等优势逐渐成为当下的热点制冷技术之一。然而该技术涉及材料学、机械传动、流体力学、传热学、工程热力学等多学科交叉,其装置的制造具有复杂性和多样性。文章以旋转式磁制冷机为载体,介绍该磁制冷机的运行原理、技术特征、影响因素以及制冷性能,为未来磁制冷技术的发展提供一定的参考和借鉴。Nowadays,the mainstream refrigeration technology is still steam compression refrigeration technology.Under the era background of"emission peak"and"carbon neutralization",the development of energy saving and emission reduction technology must be received more and more attention.As a new type of solid-state refrigeration technology,magnetic refrigeration technology has gradually become one of the hot refrigeration technologies at present due to its high Carnot efficiency,environmental protection and other advantages.However,this technology involves multi-disciplinary intersections of materials science,mechanical transmission,fluid mechanics,heat transfer science,engineering thermodynamics and so on,and the manufacture of its devices is complexity and diversity.This paper takes the rotary magnetic refrigerator as the carrier,and introduces the operation principle,technical characteristics,influencing factors and refrigeration performance,it provides some reference for the development of magnetic refrigeration technology in the future.
