5%米诺地尔泡沫剂治疗男性雄激素性脱发患者临床疗效和安全性的观察

摘　　要：目的:观察5%米诺地尔泡沫剂用于中国男性雄激素性脱发患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法:通过随机双盲、RO-GAINE^(R)阳性对照的临床试验,入组Hamilton-Norwood分级为Ⅲv、Ⅳ、Ⅴ级且18~49岁的男性雄激素性脱发患者开展用药随访,共24周。结果:从毛发显微图像分析、全头毛发照相及专家评分、患者满意度自评及Hamilton-Norwood分级评估,5%米诺地尔泡沫剂和ROGAINE^(R)疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组不良反应发生率分别为19.0%和13.0%(P>0.05)。结论:5%米诺地尔泡沫剂治疗雄激素性脱发有效、安全。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of 5%minoxidil foam in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia patients in China.Methods:A 24-week,randomized,double-blind,ROGAINE^(R) positive controlled clinical trial was conducted.The male Androgenetic Alopecia patients aged 18-49 years old were enrolled and classified as GradeⅢv,Ⅳ,andⅤby Hamilton-Norwood grade.Results:The clinical efficacy and safety of 5%minoxidil foam in the treatment of Androgenetic Alopecia patients was evaluated by using the trichoscan,global photographic review and expert evaluation,patient satisfaction self-assessment,and Hamilton-Norwood grade,and the results were compared with that from the ROGAINE^(R) positive controlled group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in these two groups was 19.0%and 13.0%(P>0.05),respectively.Conclusion:5%minoxidil foam is effective and safe in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia.
