肢端持续性丘疹性黏蛋白病  

Acral persistent papular mucinosis:A case report

摘　　要：患者女,47岁。双手背及前臂多发丘疹8年。皮肤科检查:双手背及前臂对称、散在分布数十枚粟粒至绿豆大肤色丘疹,圆顶状,表面光滑。皮损组织病理:表皮正常,真皮上部局灶性胶原纤维排列疏松、紊乱,伴黏液样物质沉积,阿新蓝染色强阳性。诊断:肢端持续性丘疹性黏蛋白病。A 47-year-old female had multiple papules on the dorsa of both hands and forearms for more than 8 years.Dermatological examination showed multiple,symmetrical,skin colored,dome-shaped,millet grains to mung beans-sized papules,with smooth surface,on the dorsa of both hands and extensor aspects of the forearms.Histopathologic examination showed normal epidermis with focal collagen fibers arranged loosely and disorderly,accompanied by mucus-like substance deposition,in the upper dermis.Alcian Blue staining was strongly positive.A diagnosis of acral persistent papular mucinosis is made.
