摘 要:为降低温度翘曲对机场水泥混凝土道面弯沉测试的影响,提升机场道面结构性能评价精度,本文提出一种基于道面弯沉的温度翘曲影响修正方法。首先,推导出负温度梯度条件下道面有效弯沉为现场实测弯沉减去相应的温度翘曲量;其次,基于数值仿真和回归计算,分析出道面板边和板角位置的温度翘曲量与道面板厚度、水泥混凝土弯拉弹性模量呈线性正相关,且仅受低水平地基反应模量和接缝传荷能力的一定影响,进而建立了以道面板厚度、水泥混凝土弯拉弹性模量为修正参数的道面温度翘曲量计算公式;最后,通过现场测试对本文所提修正方法进行验证,结果表明:以零温度梯度下道面弯沉为标准,道面板边弯沉修正误差小于10.0%,板角弯沉修正误差小于6.0%。本文提出的基于道面弯沉的温度翘曲影响修正方法可满足一般机场道面结构性能评价需要。A modification method of temperature-induced curling impact based on pavement deflection is proposed in order to reduce the impact of temperature-induced curling on deflection test of airport cement concrete pavement and improve the accuracy of structural performance evaluation of pavement.Firstly,the effective deflection of the pavement under negative temperature gradient is derived as the difference between the field-measured deflection and the corresponding temperature-induced curling.Secondly,based on numerical simulation and regression calculation,it is analyzed that the temperature-induced curling at the edge as well as corner of the pavement panel are linearly positively correlated with the thickness of the pavement panel and the flexural and tensile elastic modulus of the cement concrete,and are only slightly influenced by the low-level subgrade reaction modulus and joint load transfer capacity.Accordingly,a calculation formula for pavement temperature-induced curling is established with the thickness of the pavement panel and the flexural and tensile elastic modulus of the cement concrete as correction parameters.Finally,the modification method proposed in this article is verified through field testing.The results show that the correction error of deflection is less than 10.0%at edge and less than 6.0%at corner of the pavement panel based on the standard of pavement deflection under zero temperature gradient.The proposed modification method of temperature-induced curling impact based on pavement deflection can satisfy the requirement for general structural performance evaluation of airport pavement.
