摘 要:目的通过极速脉搏波技术研究体检人群中血脂异常与颈动脉硬化的关系,为颈动脉硬化的早期预防及治疗提供依据。方法选取体检人员54例,根据血脂异常诊断标准,分为血脂异常组(20例)和血脂正常组(34例),使用常规二维超声及极速脉搏波技术检测两组人群颈动脉硬化参数,比较两组数据并进行统计学分析。结果两组间收缩期起始时脉搏波的传导速度、颈动脉内-中膜厚度、收缩期峰值流速、舒张末期流速、阻力指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血脂异常组收缩波结束时脉搏波的传播速度高于血脂正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血脂异常人群较血脂正常人群颈动脉硬化风险高,极速脉搏波技术能更早发现颈动脉硬化。Objective To study the relationship between dyslipidemia and carotid atherosclerosis in physical examination population by ultrafast pulse wave velocity,and to provide evidence for the early prevention and treatment of carotid atherosclerosis.Methods According to the diagnostic criteria of dyslipidemia,54 examinees were divided into dyslipidemia group(20 cases)and normal group(34 cases).Parameters of carotid atherosclerosis of the two groups were detected by conventional two-dimensional ultrasound and ultrafast pulse wave velocity,and the data of the two groups were compared and analyzed statistically.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in pulse wave velocity at the beginning of the systole,intimal-medial thickness,peak systolic velocity,end diastolic velocity and resistive index(P>0.05).The pulse wave velocity at the end of the systole in dyslipidemia group was higher than that in normal group(P<0.05).Conclusion The risk of carotid atherosclerosis in patients with dyslipidemia is higher than that in patients with normal blood lipids.Ultrafast pulse wave velocity can detect carotid atherosclerosis earlier.
