摘 要:目的探讨在心脏病超声教学实践中引入以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)的应用效果。方法选择2018级郑州大学医学影像专业62名本科生作为研究对象,随机分为试验组(31名)和对照组(31名)。试验组接受PBL教学模式,对照组沿用传统教学方法。授课结束后对两组学生进行基础理论、病例分析及问卷调查考核。采用SPSS 22.0软件统计分析数据。结果试验组学生的基础理论和病例分析成绩高于对照组,试验组课堂氛围更好,学生对心脏超声诊断表现出更大的兴趣和更高的满意度,具有更强的掌握知识和解决问题的能力,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学模式较传统教学模式而言更能调动本科生的积极性,提高超声诊断心脏病的教学质量和学生的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of introducing problem-based learning(PBL)in the practice of cardiac ultrasound teaching.Methods A total of 62 undergraduate students majoring in medical imaging at Zhengzhou University in 2018 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into experimental group(31 students)and control group(31 students).The experimental group adopted PBL teaching mode,while the control group continued to use traditional teaching methods.After the teaching,two groups of students will be assessed for basic theory,case analysis,and questionnaire survey.SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis of data.Results Students in experimental group had higher scores in basic theory and case analysis compared to control group,and the classroom atmosphere in the experimental group was better,and the students showed greater interest and satisfaction in cardiac ultrasound diagnosis,with stronger ability to master knowledge and solve problems,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching mode is more effective in mobilizing the enthusiasm of undergraduate students,improving the teaching quality of ultrasound diagnosis of heart disease,and improving student satisfaction compared to traditional teaching modes.
