康复新液联合重组人干扰素α-2b治疗慢性宫颈炎的效果

摘　　要：目的分析康复新液联合重组人干扰素α-2b治疗慢性宫颈炎的效果。方法随机抽取平顶山第一人民医院2019年1月至2022年12月收治的800例慢性宫颈炎患者,采用摸红蓝球法分为联合组(400例)与单一组(400例)。单一组接受重组人干扰素α-2b,联合组在单一组基础上接受康复新液。对比两组疗效、临床症状缓解时间(阴道分泌物增多、外阴瘙痒、性交后出血)、宫颈修复时间、不良反应发生率、生活质量。结果联合组总有效率[96.75%(387/400)]较单一组[86.50%(346/400)]高(P<0.05)。与单一组比,联合组阴道分泌物增多、外阴瘙痒、性交后出血缓解时间及宫颈修复时间较短(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后与单一组比,联合组的患者生活质量评分较高(P<0.05)。结论采用康复新液、重组人干扰素α-2b联合治疗慢性宫颈炎,可改善临床症状,提高生活质量,临床效果和安全性确切。Objective To analysis the effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b for the treatment of chronic cervicitis.Methods A total of 800 patients with chronic cervicitis admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Pingdingshan from January 2019 to December 2022 were randomly selected and divided into a combination group(400 cases)and a single group(400 cases)using the touch red and blue ball method.The single group received recombinant human interferonα-2b,while the combination group received rehabilitation solution on the basis of the single group.Curative effect,clinical symptoms(vaginal secretions increase,pruritus vulvae,bleeding after intercourse),cervical repair time,incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the combined group[96.75%(387/400)]was higher than that of the single group[86.50%(346/400)](P<0.05).Compared with the single group,the relief time of increased vaginal discharge,vulvar itching,post coital bleeding,and cervical repair time of combined group were shorter(P<0.05).There were no statistically differences in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the single group,patients in the combination group had higher quality of life scores(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination treatment of chronic cervicitis with rehabilitation solution and recombinant human interferonα-2b can improve clinical symptoms,enhance quality of life,and have definite clinical efficacy and safety.
