补肾活血方在维持性透析患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究补肾活血方对维持性透析患者的作用效果。方法前瞻性选取2021年3月至2023年3月在洛阳市中医院肾病科接受维持性透析治疗的80例患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用补肾活血方治疗,均治疗3个月。比较两组矿物质-骨代谢[碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、血钙、血磷和骨密度]、肾功能[血尿素(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)]、血清炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞的比值(NLR)],记录患者治疗期间药物相关不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者ALP、磷水平及骨密度较治疗前降低,钙水平较治疗前升高,观察组ALP、磷水平低于对照组,钙水平及骨密度高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组SCr和BUN水平及各炎症指标水平均较治疗前均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未见药物相关不良反应发生。结论在常规治疗的基础上,为维持性透析患者加以补肾活血方治疗,更有利于降低患者骨质疏松发病风险,对患者炎症反应的影响好,可改善肾功能,且不增加药物使用安全性风险,用药方案安全可靠。Objective To study the effects of Bushen Huoxue Formula in maintenance dialysis patients.Methods From March 2021 to March 2023,a total of 80 patients received maintenance dialysis treatment in the Department of Nephrology of Luoyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were prospectively selected as the research objects.According to the random number table,they were divided into two groups,40 patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group received Bushen Huoxue Formula on the basis of the control group.All patients were treated for 3 months.The mineral bone metabolism[alkaline phosphatase(ALP),blood calcium,blood phosphorus and bone density],renal function[blood urea(BUN),blood creatinine(SCr)],serum inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and the ratio of neutrophils to lymphocytes(NLR)]of the two groups were compared,and the incidence of drug-related adverse reactions during treatment was recorded.Results After treatment,the levels of ALP,phosphorus and bone density in both groups decreased compared to before treatment,while the levels of calcium increased compared to before treatment,and the levels of ALP and phosphorus in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of calcium and bone density were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the concentrations of SCr and BUN and the levels of various inflammatory indicators in both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).No drug-related adverse reactions were observed during the treatment period in both groups.Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment,supplementing Bushen Huoxue Formula for maintenance dialysis patients is more conducive to reducing the risk of osteoporosis,having a good impact on the inflammatory response of patients,promoting renal function improvement,and not increasing the safety risk of drug use.The medication plan is safe
