基于生物-心理-社会医学模式的护理在中晚期结肠癌患者化疗期间的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察基于生物-心理-社会医学模式的护理在中晚期结肠癌患者化疗期间的应用价值。方法选取2020年7月至2023年1月于郑州大学第一附属医院接受化疗的110例中晚期结肠癌患者为研究对象,依照随机数字法分为常规组(接受常规护干预)和观察组(接受常规护理联合基于生物-心理-社会医学模式的护理干预),各55例,比较两组应用效果。结果干预后,两组症状自评量表评分均降低,且观察组低于常规组(P<0.05);干预后,两组自我接纳问卷评分均升高,且观察组评分高于常规组(P<0.05);干预后,两组自我效能评分升高,且观察组评分高于常规组(P<0.05);干预后,两组癌症疲乏量表评分均降低,且观察组评分低于常规组(P<0.05);干预后,两组生活质量调查表评分均升高,且观察组评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论基于生物-心理-社会医学模式的护理能改善中晚期结肠癌化疗患者的负性情绪,提升自我接受度及自我效能感,改善癌因性疲乏症状,进而提升生活质量。Objective To observe the application value of bio-psycho-social medicine model nursing on patients with advanced colon cancer during chemotherapy.Methods A total of 110 patients with advanced colon cancer who received chemotherapy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from July 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into conventional group(received conventional nursing intervention)and observation group(received bio-psycho-social medicine model nursing intervention and conventional nursing)according to the random number method,with 55 cases in each group.The intervention effects between two groups were compared.Results After nursing intervention,the scores of symptom check-list 90 scale in both groups were decreased,and the scores in observation group were lower than those in conventional group(P<0.05).The scores of the self acceptance questionnaire were increased in both groups after intervention,and the scores in observation group were higher than those in conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-management efficacy in the two groups were increased,and the scores in observation group were higher than those in conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of cancer fatigue scale in both groups were decreased,and the scores were lower in observation group compared to conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of quality of life questionnaire were increased in both groups,and the scores in observation group were higher compared with those in conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bio-psycho-social medicine model nursing can significantly improve the negative emotions,enhance the self-acceptance and self-efficacy,improve the symptoms of cancer-related fatigue,and then enhance the quality of life in patients with advanced colon cancer chemotherapy.
